Great location, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, private parking, walking distance to everything in Lagoa.

The hotel offers great value for money, providing basic amenities and little comforts that make the stay enjoyable. The location of this hotel is superb, conveniently situated opposite the bus terminal and next to a bus station, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas. The staff, although not overly friendly, are able to communicate in English and are attentive to the needs of guests. The breakfast provided is satisfactory, offering a decent start to the day.

All in all, this hotel ticks all the boxes and there isn't much that can be improved.

The hotel is a new facility, modern, good looking, although without luxury. Everything is very amazingly clean. The bedroom is small, but the king size bed is very comfortable. It is also delicately decorated, in a simple but nice way. The bathroom is also compact, but everything worked well. Although the bus terminal is located just in front of the hotel (very convenient for many tourism travelers), the room is very quite, with soundproof windows and doors. The breakfast is very nice, although simple, typically Brazilian. Finally, the hotel is located nearby Conceição lagoon and its commercial area, with several stores and nice restaurants/bars/pubs for all tastes and pockets.

The TV in the room where we stayed was small and poorly positioned (laterally to the bed, without possibility to turn it). Besides, only open Brazilian channels were available. The shower good also be improved.

It is a new hotel and very clean. The location is excelent and the employees are very good also.

There were no window at bathroom and just a small closet where we could store our clothes. There is no phone at room and no service room. Only water is available for customers. If you want anything else at your refrigerator, you must bring from outside

During our Christmas stay, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent location of this hotel. Being close to the bus station made it incredibly easy to get to the nearby beaches and explore the town. the hotel offered a great free breakfast with a variety of options to choose from, which was a great way to start our day. the staff was very friendly and helpful, providing us with tips for local restaurants and attractions.

We found the walls to be quite thin, as we could often hear noises from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The hotel staff was reactive for the questions I had, but not proactive as you would expect :). I would reccomend the hotel to people which want to focus on Praia Mole but not for those who wants to go out in the city center for night life. Pros (+) - strategic position for Barra de Lagoa and Praia Mole - the bus terminal is in front of the hotel and the bus takes like 10 minutes to reach the beaches - closed shopping and grocery stores, restaurants, bars - good breakfast - WIFI - fitness near the hotel (it costs 10 EUR per day) Contra (-) - shower did not work the first night, and the days after it took me like 5 minutes for getting warm water - small room

The hotel is conveniently located next to a public bus terminal, making it easy to get around. It's just a short ride to the center of Lagoa da Conceição and other nearby attractions. Plus, it's in a quiet area and right across a quiet street from the bus station, ensuring a peaceful stay.

My city break was great! The hotel is located perfectly. I was able to walk only a few minutes to all of the places I wanted to visit. The breakfast offered was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the staff was always very friendly and welcoming.

The walls were very thin and I could hear noises from other rooms. , there were some dogs barking early in the morning which was a bit annoying.

We loved this hotel. Clean, great facilities, parking, and transportation. Located right in the centre of town, next to the local bus terminal. Breakfast was delicious, and the staff friendly.
